Temporary Lists Overview

Temporary Lists, labeled as “One-Time Lists” in the interface, allow you to upload a contact list for a single campaign without storing the contact data permanently in your main contact lists.

These lists are intended for one-time use. After the selected expiration period passes, the uploaded contact numbers are automatically deleted from the system.

One-Time Lists must be enabled in Account Settings by an Administrator (or the Owner). Once enabled, users with the appropriate role permissions, such as Super Users, can create and manage Temporary (One-Time) Lists.

This feature is especially useful for agencies or teams sending messages on behalf of clients, where contact data should not remain stored long term.

Messages sent using a Temporary (One-Time) List will continue to appear in the Campaign list for reporting and statistics, even after the list itself has expired.

Contact data is automatically removed after the selected period, helping you maintain compliance and keep your account organized.
