Enable Temporary Lists

Temporary Lists allow you to upload a list of contacts, send a message immediately, and have the list data automatically deleted after a specified period.

This option is useful for one-time or time-sensitive communications where long-term storage of contact information is not required.

Only users with the Administrator role (or the Owner) can enable this setting. See User Roles and Permissions to learn more.

To enable Temporary (One-Time) Lists and define how long contact data is stored, follow these steps:

  1. Select Account Settings from the sidebar menu.
  2. Select the Contacts & Lists tab.
  3. Toggle Enable one-time lists on.
  4. Under Automatically delete after, select the desired expiration period (retention time).
  5. Select Save Settings to apply the changes.

The selected expiration period determines how long the list and its contact data remain stored before the system automatically deletes them.

After saving your changes, Temporary (One-Time) Lists will be active according to the retention time you specified.
