Manage Temporary Lists

Temporary Lists are initially uploaded for a single, immediate message sending without permanent storage. However, you can permanently save or edit these lists. Learn how to manage Temporary Lists before those you choose not to save are automatically deleted.

To view, search, and manage your active Temporary Lists, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Contact Lists page.
  2. Select Temporary Lists located near the top-right corner of the screen. This will show a grid containing all active temporary lists.
  3. Use the Search contact lists... bar to quickly find a specific list by name.
  4. To prevent a list from being automatically deleted, locate the desired list, go to the Actions column, and select the Make permanent option. This action moves the list to your main Contact Lists and removes its expiration date.
  5. To view the list contents and detailed statistics, click the Temporary List Name link. This page offers options and functionality similar to a permanently created Contact List. See Create and Manage a Contact List to learn more about these options.

These management tools ensure you maintain full control over your short-term contact data and can prevent automatic deletion if a list needs to be saved permanently.
