Reactivate a Suspended HelloSMS Account
If your HelloSMS account has been suspended due to billing or account issues, you’ll be guided through a reactivation flow the next time you sign in. This process allows you to complete payment and regain full access to your account.
When Account Reactivation Is Required
You’ll see the reactivation flow if:
- Your account was previously active and later suspended
- Payment was missed or failed
- Your subscription requires renewal
When this happens, normal access to messaging features is temporarily restricted until reactivation is completed.
Reactivation Steps
To reactivate your suspended account, follow these steps:
- Sign in to your HelloSMS account.
- If your account is suspended, a reactivation screen appears automatically.
- Review your account status and select a subscription plan.
- Complete payment using the available Stripe checkout options.
After successful payment, your account is immediately reactivated.
You’re redirected to the HelloSMS dashboard with full access restored.
Payment Options During Reactivation
During reactivation, you can:
- Complete payment securely via Stripe.
- Review available plans and pricing.
- Request invoice-based billing using the contact information shown on screen (if available).
Once payment is confirmed, no additional steps are required.
After Reactivation
Once reactivated:
- All messaging features become available again.
- Your existing data, contacts, and message history remain intact.
- You can continue sending SMS messages without further setup.
