Activate a HelloSMS Account

After creating a test account, the final step to gain full access and start sending SMS messages is to activate your account. Activation allows you to choose a subscription plan and unlock all HelloSMS features.

Prerequisite

You must have an active HelloSMS test account before you can begin the activation process. If you don't have a test account yet, see Create a HelloSMS Account.


To activate your HelloSMS account, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your HelloSMS test account.
  2. From the dashboard, follow the prompt to activate your account.
  3. Review the available subscription plans.
  4. Select the plan that best fits your needs.

Complete payment

After selecting a plan, you’ll be guided through the payment process.

  1. Complete payment using the secure checkout.
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your payment.

Once payment is successful, your account is activated automatically.

You’ll see a confirmation screen indicating that activation is complete, and you’ll be redirected to the HelloSMS dashboard.

After activation

After activation, you have full access to all HelloSMS features, including:

  • Sending SMS messages
  • Managing contacts and contact lists
  • Creating campaigns and scheduled messages
  • Accessing reports and account settings

Your account is now ready for full use.
