Review Payment Methods

The Account & Payment section in HelloSMS lets you review your available payment methods, check their current status, and manage how you pay for SMS credits and monthly fees. From this area, you can see whether card or invoice payment is active, access the Stripe portal to manage card details and download invoices, and find instructions for enabling invoice payments through HelloSMS support.

Access payment settings

To access the payment settings in Account & Payment, follow these steps:

  1. Open your dashboard.
  2. Select Account & Payment.

Payment Methods Overview

Once you access the Account & Payment section, the Payment Methods area shows which payment options are available for your account and whether they are currently active or inactive. This section also displays your current SMS balance and payment-related status information.

Card Payment

Card Payment lets you pay for SMS credits with a credit or debit card. Payments are processed immediately, and SMS credits are added to your account right away.

If Card Payment is active, you can manage your cards and payment-related information through the Stripe portal.

From the Stripe portal, you can:

  • Update or replace your card details
  • Download invoices and receipts related to card payments

To access these options, select Open Stripe Portal.

Invoice Payment

Invoice Payment is inactive by default and requires manual setup by HelloSMS support.

This payment method lets you receive invoices by email and pay under defined payment terms. Company information is required to enable invoice payments.

To activate invoice payment for your account, contact HelloSMS support at support@hellosms.se.

Once invoice payment is enabled:

  • Monthly fees are invoiced with a 20-day payment term.
  • For SMS credit purchases, a payment term can be selected.
  • SMS credits are added after payment is registered, typically within one business day.

Payment Method Status

The Account & Payment section also shows:

  • Which payment method is currently active
  • Whether invoice payment setup is required
  • Your current SMS balance

This helps you maintain clear financial oversight and ensure uninterrupted service.
