Create a Draft

The drafting feature in HelloSMS allows you to save incomplete messages for later editing, sending, or review. This is especially useful for campaign messages or content that requires team collaboration or final approval.

Save an SMS as a Draft

You can save any message you are composing as a draft.

  1. Go to the New Message page in your dashboard.
  2. Select recipients and configure message settings.
  3. Write your message content.
  4. Click Save as draft.

Your message is saved with its current content, recipients, sender, and settings.

Access and Manage Drafts

Once you save your first draft, the Drafts page becomes available in your navigation menu.

From the Drafts page, you can:

  1. Use Search drafts to find a specific message.
  2. Select Open to continue editing or send the draft.
  3. Select Duplicate to create a copy of an existing draft.

  4. Select Delete to remove a draft permanently.

This ensures you never lose important content and can manage complex campaigns with ease.
