Manage Phone Numbers
Every HelloSMS account is assigned a default main phone number. This number is essential for enabling two-way SMS conversations and for processing STOP (opt-out) messages. You can view all active numbers linked to your account in the Phone Numbers screen.
Main Number
Your main number is the primary phone number associated with your account. It is used for inbound replies, conversations, and compliance-related messages such as opt-outs.

Additional Numbers
If you need more numbers, including international numbers, you can purchase and add them by contacting Support. Our team can help you add, remove, or replace numbers as needed.
Use Cases for Multiple Numbers
Adding additional numbers can be helpful when:
- You want to send messages from different numbers for different purposes or departments.
- You need a local number in a specific country (e.g., Denmark) to improve deliverability.
- You operate in multiple countries and want region-specific sender identities.
International Messaging
When sending SMS to international recipients, the system will automatically use an available international number for that country.
For opt-out messages sent to international recipients, the corresponding international number on your account (e.g., a German number) is automatically used to handle STOP requests and ensure compliance with local regulations.
